Die deutsche BauInfoConsult hat in einer Studie 120 Dachdecker:innen und Zimmerleute um eine Einschätzung der wichtigsten Trends im Holzbau bis 2023 gebeten.

Für die kommenden zwei Jahre erwarten die Dachdecker:innen und Zimmerleute einen deutlichen Nachfragetrend im Bereich Dachstuhlbau, informiert die BauInfoConsult in einer Mitteilung. Dies sei ein deutliches Indiz dafür, dass die beiden Dach-Gewerke mit einer weiter ansteigenden Nachfrage im Wohnungsbau rechnen – schließlich werde der Dachstuhl im Regelfall nur während der Neubauphase errichtet, so BauInfoConsult.

Abseits des klassischen Dachbaus erwarteten die Holzprofis zusätzliche kleinere Trends bis zum Jahr 2023, heißt es weiter. So werde mit einer steigenden Nachfrage nach Holzfertigbauteilen aller Art – zum Beispiel für holzbasierte Deckenelemente mit großen Spannweiten - gerechnet. Auch ein Klassiker des Holzbaus dürfte sich laut Umfrage-Ergebnissen in den kommenden Jahren über eine stabile Nachfrage freuen: der Carport.

Trotz der Lieferengpässe und der rekordverdächtigen Preise in der Vergangenheit reiße die Nachfrage nach Holzbau also nicht ab, so die BauInfoConsult. (cst)
